Born on June 2, 1992, Luis Jonuel Gonzalez Maldonado, known as "Mr. NaisGai," is a Grammy-winning music producer originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico, now based in Miami, Florida since 2021. With a passion for music that began 18 years ago, Mr. NaisGai officially launched his professional career in 2018. However, his collaboration with Rauw Alejandro dates back to 2015, where they began crafting their unique sound, gaining local recognition in Puerto Rico before achieving global fame in 2019.

 

Mr. NaisGai has been instrumental in Rauw Alejandro's success, contributing as an executive music producer on albums such as "Afrodisiaco," "Vice Versa," "Saturno," and "Playa Saturno," as well as the EPs "Trapcake Vol. 1" and "Trapcake Vol. 2." He also served as Rauw's DJ, MC, and background vocalist for live performances until the Saturno World Tour, where he shifted focus to musical arrangements, allowing him to pursue other projects and expand his career as a producer and entrepreneur.

 

In his latest venture, Mr. NaisGai is managing and developing new talent, including Sofia LaSanta, starting with her single "Acurrucao" in collaboration with Ir-Sais. His impressive achievements include producing for top Latin artists and contributing to Bad Bunny's Grammy-winning album "El Ultimo Tour Del Mundo." He has earned two Latin Grammys and four BMI Latin Awards for his work on hits like "Todo De Ti," "Te Mudaste," "Desesperados," and "Lokera."

 

Recently, Mr. NaisGai was featured as a main artist on Rauw Alejandro's latest album "Cosa Nuestra," with the song "Pasaporte." He also produced two other tracks on the album: "Khé?" featuring Romeo Santos, and "Se Fue" by Rauw Alejandro and Laura Pausini.

 

Currently, Mr. NaisGai is working independently, collaborating with both Latino and international artists, thereby opening new opportunities and making a significant cultural impact. His collaborations include artists like Blessd, Nicki Nicole, Maria Becerra, Paulo Londra, Irama, Rkomi, Shakira, and many others.
